The NEW ACS motion controllers when integrated with Newport stages improve performance in key criteria specific to laser processing while offering enhanced efficiency and throughput. The ACS motion controllers,
ACS-SPiiPlusEC and
ACS-SPiiPlusCMhp, are specifically designed to be cost effective, high performance, multi-axis, scalable and distributed motion control; which addresses the needs of modern machinery in advanced industrial applications. The controllers are complemented by the SPiiPlusNT suite of software tools designed to minimize time to market.

MTN LINEAR STAGES VACUUM COMPATIBLE VERSIONS
|
|
Newport Motion introduces advancements in the motorised linear stage portion of products. The mid-travel, steel MTN stages are now available in vacuum compatible versions down to 10-6 hPa in 100-300 mm travel range. Its stepper motor allows the vacuum compatible device to carry high loads up to 1000 N while maintaining quality MIM. The MTN300PPV6 now boasts the highest travel range of any vacuum compatible, motorized linear stage.

The IDL Series is robust family of industrial-grade linear stages designed specifically for laser micro-machining applications that require high precision, high throughput and reliability, down to 50 nm. Industrial features include a hard top cover, flexible side bands, air purge, sealed recirculating ball bearings and non-contact cog-free linear motor and encoder.
